Return & Exchange Policy

At Butterfly, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

📦 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges subject to availability.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

A ₹200 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all returns.

If you choose an exchange, the ₹200 fee will apply for reverse pickup and re-delivery.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased on clearance or final sale
• Used or damaged items not caused during delivery
• Items without original tags

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it on priority at no additional cost.
